Refund Policy

At ACK Bakery & Catering Equipment, customer satisfaction is important to us. We aim to provide quality products and reliable service. Please read our Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns Eligibility
 

Products may qualify for return if:

  • The item received is damaged or defective

  • Incorrect items were supplied

  • The product is unused and in original packaging

  • The return request is submitted within the required return period

All returns are subject to inspection and approval.

 

2. Return Period

Customers must report any return requests within:

  • 48 Hours for damaged, defective, or incorrect products

  • 7 Days for general return requests on unused products

No returns will be accepted after the specified period unless approved by management.

 

3. Conditions for Returns

Returned products must:

  • Be unused and in resellable condition

  • Include original packaging, accessories, manuals, and parts

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or invoice

  • Not show signs of misuse, installation, or damage caused by the customer

ACK Bakery & Catering Equipment reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

 

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be returned:

  • Special-order or custom-made products

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Installed or used equipment

  • Electrical items damaged by incorrect installation or power surges

  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence

     

5. Damaged or Defective Products

Customers must inspect products upon delivery or collection.

If an item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us immediately

  • Provide photos and order details

  • Do not attempt repairs or modifications before approval

Approved defective products may be repaired, replaced, or refunded depending on the situation and supplier warranty terms.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

Please note:

  • Delivery fees may not be refundable

  • Handling or restocking fees may apply

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on payment providers and banks

7. Exchanges

Products may be exchanged subject to:

  • Product availability

  • Approval after inspection

  • Payment of any price differences where applicable

8. Collection & Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping or transport costs unless the return is due to:

  • Supplier error

  • Incorrect product supplied

  • Approved defective item

Returned products remain the customer’s responsibility until safely received by ACK Bakery & Catering Equipment.

9. Warranty Claims

Products covered by manufacturer warranties must follow the supplier’s warranty process and conditions.

Warranty claims do not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improper installation
