All payments must be completed and cleared before orders are processed, prepared, or dispatched.

Payment Confirmation
 

Customers are required to send proof of payment after completing an EFT or bank transfer. Orders will only be confirmed once payment has been verified successfully.

Official banking details will be provided during checkout or directly by our sales team. Customers are advised to ensure that payments are made only to verified company banking details supplied by Ack Bakery & Catering Equipment.

Order Processing
 

Once payment reflects in our account:

• Orders will be processed within standard business hours.

• Delivery or collection arrangements will be confirmed with the customer.

All prices displayed on our website are in South African Rand (ZAR).
